Cancellation requests for personalized handmade craft items made by customers of Heavenly Crafts N Creations will be subject to the following policy.


Payments made for personalized handmade craft items are NON-refundable. However, customers have the option to utilize their payments towards another service offered by Heavenly Crafts N Creations if agreed upon.
In the event of a cancellation request, customers must notify Heavenly Crafts N Creations as soon as possible. Please include your order details, including the order number and date, in the cancellation request.
Heavenly Crafts N Creations will assess the cancellation request on a case-by-case basis. If the cancellation is approved, customers will be provided with a credit note for the amount paid, which can be used towards a future service within Heavenly Crafts N Creations.
It is important to note that the credit note will expire within [6 months] from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, the credit will no longer be valid, and no further extensions or refunds will be provided.
If the chosen replacement service exceeds the value of the credit note, customers will be responsible for paying the difference. Conversely, if the replacement service costs less than the value of the credit note, the remaining amount will be held as store credit for future use within Heavenly Crafts N Creations.
Please be aware that personalized handmade craft items are made to order, with unique specifications and personalization chosen by the customer. As a result, once an order has been placed and payment has been made, cancellations and refunds cannot be provided.
Heavenly Crafts N Creations reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in extraordinary circumstances, such as in cases of unforeseen production issues or significant delays beyond the company's control. Such exceptions will be addressed on an individual basis, to find a fair and mutually agreeable solution.

Condition of the item: We require the item to be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. This ensures that the item can be resold or repaired if necessary.
Refund or store credit: When returning you have access to store credit ONLY to be used towards a future purchase depending on the circumstances of the issue returning.
Shipping costs: When returning items HCNC WILL NOT be responsible for shipping fees UNLESS the mistake was made on our behalf.
